Learn How To Program And Perform The Most Effective Single Leg Exercises For Maximum Results

By now almost every single trainer, coach, or fitness enthusiast understands the importance of single leg training. It’s the perfect way to train without heavy weights and in addition to improving lower body stability, you can also reduce potential injury by building equal strength in both legs.

While most training programs nowadays include staple exercises like Bulgarian split squats or single leg deadlifts, these exercises are really just scratching the surface of single leg training. In fact, only including these two exercises may be a huge disservice to your clients or yourself.

It’s not about just knowing a bunch of exercises, but rather understanding which one to use and the why behind it.

To build the best lower body training programs you need a tried and true system. One that includes assessments to establish a starting point, over 50 exercises spanning three categories so you always have perfect move to match the client’s ability, and done-for-you circuits and complexes that will challenge even the most experienced trainees.

Secrets Of Single Leg Training is the most comprehensive resource available on single leg training and is designed to take you beyond the basics and reveal the secrets Nick uses to help clients and athletes look better and outperform the competition.

A Message From Coach Nick

Hey there!

I created Secrets of Single Leg Training because I believe there’s a bit of a gap in how many coaches and trainers use and program single leg exercises. For example, most of us have been taught to start our clients with bi-lateral (two-legged) exercises first and then only progress to single leg exercises after they’ve mastered those. However, this type of thinking is flawed because it doesn’t take into account that most clients have a stronger side and a weaker side. That means it might actually be better to start them with single leg exercises instead to reduce the asymmetry that bi-lateral exercises can make worse.

This is just one of the many misunderstandings that exists when it comes to single leg training and my goal with this resource is not only to make you a better thinker, but a better doer by providing practical applications to go with the rationale. If you purchase and apply this product, I have no doubt you’ll change the way you look at single leg training forever.
